Visible Wireless has shaken up the future of phone service with an all-digital, transparent, and wallet-friendly approach. Through stunts like the “404 Store Not Found” and ‘InVisible NY’—a secret Soho pop-up hidden behind a rundown electronics shop that drops you into an immersive experience with unexpected performances from A$AP Ferg and more—Visible blasted its way into a crowded telecom scene.
To tell this entire story, we created “The Future of Phone Service” video anthem. It blends UGC, behind-the-scenes footage, scripted moments, and emotional beats for an authentic look at the people behind Visible.
Lastly, by tapping into Andrew B. Meyer’s playful takes on perspective and pop-art style, core to Visible’s early identity, we were able to amplify the brand’s personality and push it far beyond the conventions of the telecom category. This distinctive visual language and tone not only set Visible apart from competitors but also reinforced its commitment to being approachable, creative, and customer obsessed.
